Associação Fraunhofer Portugal ResearchThe global real estate consulting firm Cushman & Wakefield, was selected to manage on behalf of Fraunhofer Portugal the space and interior remodeling of its new offices, located in the UPTEC building of the Asprela University Campus.
Fraunhofer Portugal will occupy an area of approximately 1.300 m2, transformed into open space areas with meeting rooms, private offices, leisure areas, technical areas and research laboratories designed to its specific activities.
The project is co-financed by ERDF and attributed by the ‘ON.2 – O Novo Norte’ (Programa Operacional Regional do Norte 2007-2013) entity of QREN.
Cushman & Wakefield will represent Fraunhofer Portugal in the coordination of all activities developed by the various entities participating in the remodeling works, namely the project manager, the contractor and other direct suppliers.
The conclusion of the works and change to the new offices is expected to occur by the end of April 2011.
