In accordance with Directive (EU) 2019/1937 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 23 October 2019 on the protection of persons who report breaches of Union law, and Portuguese Law No. 93/2021, Fraunhofer Portugal has established a whistleblowing channel as part of its Compliance Program, promoting a culture of integrity, transparency, and accountability, and supporting the prevention, detection, and reporting of corruption, fraud, and other misconduct.
Reports may be submitted to any of the following designated recipients:
- Ana Campos, HR Manager
- Mara Silva, AWAM
- Waldir Júnior, AICOS
Ana Campos also serves as Compliance Officer, ensuring the management of the whistleblowing framework in accordance with applicable legal requirements and internal policies.
